So I am doing a 'grow with me' series of pictures of Lena if you will (newborn, 4 months, 8 months and 1 year). I am doing them all at the same location- the beach under the peir. This trip all she wanted to do was eat the sand- which led to some pretty adorable faces if I do say so myself! It's cool to see how she is growing and also cool to see how my photography is growing. Both have a lot of growing left to do but I am enjoying this stage very much, in both respects!

I could honestly stare at these guys ALL. DAY. LONG. They are so sweet. So loving. So lovely. So much like us. It's fascinating to watch. Unfortunately my 3 year old only stays put for about 90 seconds... but one day I will go back alone and just spend the day with them.

I used to babysit this cutie when she was just a tiny baby! So wild to hear and see her walking and talking now! She has the cutest little voice!!
